Submissions are saved as a record in our CRM (HubSpot), then staff notification and customer confirmation are sent through a transactional email provider. If email delivery fails, the inquiry remains retained in HubSpot and the visitor sees phone and email fallback information plus an honest received-but-not-notified message.
